Established in 1999, Hangzhou Keli Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hangzhou Keli”) is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of new polymer synthetic materials chlorinated polymers and related processing aids.

The company's main products include chlorinated polyethylene rubber, chlorinated polyethylene resin for PVC impact modification and chlorinated polyethylene resin for flame retardant ABS modification, while producing special synthetic rubber compounds and rubber additives such as triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) and triallyl cyanurate (TAC). At present, the company has two production facilities - Hangzhou Keli Chemical Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Keli New Materials Co., Ltd. with an annual total capacity of 200,000 tons of chlorinated polyethylene, 30,000 tons of rubber compounds and pure rubber sheets, and 4,000 tons of processing aids.

The company owns advanced technology and superior equipment and adopts DCS automatic control in all production processes to improve its safe production and quality control capabilities; The company implements a quality and environmental management system certified to ISO9001 and ISO14001 to ensure that its product performance reaches the international advanced level.
